Deputy General Manager - Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Strategic Risk Solutioning

The position is responsible for supporting the Chief Risk Officer / Head GRCI for all aspects of risk delivery. The DGM also oversees daily operations and overall management of the Division, ensuring GRCI agendas are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of performance, operational effectiveness and divisional growth in support of the CRO/Head GRCI. The person will work closely with the CRO/Head GRCI to implement an Enterprise Risk Management Framework focusing on Tier 1 & 2 risk reporting (strategic, operational, projects & investment risks), support other strategic initiatives, coordinate with functional areas to identify, measure, mitigate and report on company risks, ensure insurance adequacy, and address all insurance queries promptly.
