Deputy General Manager

As our Deputy General Manager, you will:

• Help to lead the team, alongside the GM. Working daily to offer support and guidance, and finding ways to make hospitality better for them.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure standards are always kept high.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the venue alongside/in absence of the GM – with tasks such as doing rotas and banking.
• Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better, and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
