- Operations Leadership : Oversee and optimize daily plant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, material availability, and schedule adherence and delivery commitments. Lead and manage core operational functions including Assembly, Warehousing, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Production & Delivery Excellence : Direct and control production activities to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery standards. Ensure seamless coordination between assembly, supply chain, planning, and quality for efficient order execution. Monitor WIP flow, reduce bottlenecks, and improve cycle time and throughput.
- Supply Chain, Procurement & Vendor Management : Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely arrival of materials, adherence to specifications, and supplier reliability. Manage warehousing, inventory control, and internal logistics for efficient material movement and space utilizatio...
