Deputy Head of Group Quality

• Support the Head of Quality in site & global quality initiatives, and act as deputy after onboarding
• Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Production, customers, and suppliers
• Enhance the Quality Management System through process specifications, audits, and action tracking
• Manage major complaints and recurring issues, ensuring effective resolution with customers and suppliers
• Optimize testing processes by improving methods, frequencies, and data analysis; lead a team of three QMS experts

Your Profile

• Completed higher education in a scientific or technical field (preferably chemistry)
• Min. of 3 years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing industry
• Training in ISO 9001; any other standard is an advantage
• Training in Lean and Six Sigma (at least Green Belt) is an advantage
