Duties & Responsibilities Lead, guide, and supervise clinical, administrative, and professional staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee the delivery of personal, health, and nursing care services to residents. Mentor, orient, and train newly recruited staff recommend and monitor staff training needs.
