The Role

We are seeking an experienced, reflective and highly capable Deputy Head of Primary to join a strong and forward-thinking primary leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping high-quality teaching and learning, supporting staff development and ensuring excellent outcomes for pupils across the Primary phase.

Working closely with the Head of Primary, the Deputy Head will provide day-to-day academic and pastoral leadership, contribute to strategic planning and help drive continuous school improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong curriculum knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills and a clear commitment to child-centred education.
