Responsibilities

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

• Lead and facilitate BPR, job redesign, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Partner with Business Units to review end‑to‑end processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, data analytics, and appropriate AI‑enabled solutions to improve process performance and decision‑making.
• Conduct process mapping, analysis, and risk identification to support improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a structured repository of key processes, standards, and implemented improvements.

Continuous Improvement (CI)

• Drive CI programmes across supported Business Units using Lean Six Sigma, structured problem‑solving, and change management approaches.
