Job Summary
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI), Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR), and performance management initiatives across the STL Group by partnering with Business Units to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness, deliver savings targets, and support Business Excellence and governance requirements aligned to the Group’s strategy.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Delivery of CI and BPR initiatives aligned to STL performance and targets
• Timely consolidation, reporting, and follow‑up on Balanced Scorecard outcomes and CAPA
• Demonstrated improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and service performance
• Responsible for Business Excellence and ISO‑related governance requirements
