We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support our 2-bedded EBD childrens home within Carryduff. This role involves working within a therapeutic residential setting with young people who may present complex trauma histories and challenging, pain-based behaviours. Our model of care focuses on maintaining a small, stable, and consistent team that supports positive outcomes through a safe, nurturing, and domestic home environment.
