Role Overview

• A leading multinational manufacturing company in the FMCG packaging space is seeking a Deputy Sales & Business Development Manager to support revenue growth, key account management, and new business acquisition in the Philippines market.
• This role sits at the intersection of strategic account management and hands-on business development, working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, QA, and finance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key B2B accounts, primarily FMCG, personal care, oral care, and related sectors
• Drive new business development, including prospecting, pipeline building, and conversion of new customers
