Deputy Manager Business Development

Role Overview
A leading multinational manufacturing company in the FMCG packaging space is seeking a Deputy Sales & Business Development Manager to support revenue growth, key account management, and new business acquisition in the Philippines market.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic account management and hands-on business development, working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, QA, and finance).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key B2B accounts, primarily FMCG, personal care, oral care, and related sectors
Drive new business development, including prospecting, pipeline building, and conversion of new customers
Support the development and execution of sales strategies, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Work closely with internal stakeholders (production, planning, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
