Contract Drafting & Review

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, framework agreements, SLAs, NDAs, MoUs, etc.
• Ensure all contract terms are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational policies, risk appetite, PPRA framework, and other applicable rules, laws and policies.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk registers, and obligation trackers for senior management review.

Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including milestone tracking, deliverables, change orders, and variation management.
• Monitor contract performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and payment schedules; flag deviations for timely resolution.
• Maintain a centralized, auditable contract repository with version‑controlled documentation.
