About this Role   
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Owner to lead HR Services workstreams within VOIS. This Deputy Manager-level role is responsible for owning and improving HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management. The individual will collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders, manage product backlogs, and drive innovation using SAFe Agile methodologies. The role is based in India and requires a strong background in HR systems and enterprise-level transformation projects. 
What you will do   
Act as Product Owner for HR Services workstreams including onboarding, offboarding, leavers, and new hires. 
Own and manage the product backlog with continuous grooming and prioritisation aligned to business goals. 
Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
