Deputy Manager Export

We are urgently hiring Deputy Manager Export for one of our clients from Manufacturing Industry, located in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export process including order confirmation, documentation, shipment, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of export consignments.
• Prepare and review export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company export policies.
• Monitor export performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Track receivables and coordinate with finance for payment realization.
• Prepare export reports for management review.
