Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, advances, liquidations and statutory remittances
• Review invoices, payment batches, reconciliations, and AP aging
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements, company policies, and internal controls
• Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting
• Lead the AP team; coordinate with stakeholders for issues and resolution
• Assist in month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives
