Deputy / Manager, IT Applications

Job Description Handle application system and ensure application system availability and reliability. Engage users on business requirements, pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement& propose technical solutions. Lead & perform technical design & development of custom /complex applications systems using existing / emerging platforms. Lead change impact analysis defines timetables / projects tasks, timeline & costs. Work with an offshore team to lead, manage and track development items as per defined timelines. Perform reviews on deliverables to ensure on quality Identify opportunities for improvements & propose technical/business solutions. Guide and participate in the pre-Users/QA Testing, provide User Guides/Manuals, Release Notes, Manage User Onboarding and Conduct User Trainings as necessary.
