Deputy Manager

Job Summary:
NOWPDP, a leading non-for-profit organization established in 2008, is dedicated to disability
inclusion. We are seeking a competent professional to manage and oversee the organization's IT
systems, infrastructure and applications across its centers in Pakistan. The role focuses on ensuring
reliable technology operations, ERP administration, data security, system availability and effective
user support across all offices and centers. The IT Manager will work closely with internal teams
and external vendors to improve system efficiency, support remote working requirements and
ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Systems and Applications Management
● Manage day to day operations of IT systems including ERP, HRMS, databases and
