JOB SUMMARY

Develop, define and implement capability development strategies for branch personnel through curriculum planning, programme management, training standards and effectiveness monitoring to ensure KWSP's service delivery remains consistent, competent and high‑impact in support of the organisation's physical and operational transformation objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and enhance the competency development roadmap in alignment with PC's Job Specific Competency (JSC) and Leadership Competency (LC) frameworks.
2. Plan and execute the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the entire PC organisation, including Regions and Branches and develop the annual training calendar and training plan.
3. Ensure all training implementations comply with KWSP's standard courses and training procedures.
