Customer management - Evaluate and review customer specific Q-requirements, monitor improvement action to achieve customer results.Manage & represent customer visits and audits at Bosch, plan & coordinate management visits to customer. Coordinate with stakeholders to enable continuity of production
in special events.
Claim management (MP 301.06) - Manage customer claims, rework & reverse logistics of customer
& IPN return samples for 0 km, field and AA as per BBM process as a methodological expert (primary & secondary analysis). Ensure resource arrangement (parts & manpower) & approvals for containment actions across supply chain.
Product Audit & QMS (MP 301.09) - Ensuring product and process quality as per defined SOP in plant across the shifts, and resources for conducting audits (regular, event based). Prepare team for management reviews (ROIN, BVS...
