Deputy Manager / Manager – RAC Sales

Job Description:

• Lead and drive RAC (Room AC – Split AC / Window AC) sales in the assigned territory
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Manage key accounts, government projects, infrastructure projects, and channel sales
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and channel partners
• Handle team management, distributor performance, and market expansion activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in RAC / B2B sales with an MNC background
• Proven track record in project sales and territory management
