Location- Ahmedabad

Job Role:

• Drive Home Loan & LAP sales through DST & Channel partners

• Handle and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Officers

• Achieve monthly login & disbursement targets

• Develop DSA, Builder & Connector network

• Monitor lead conversion & productivity

• Ensure compliance with credit & policy guidelines

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Ops for smooth disbursement

• 5+ years in Mortgage / Home Loan sales

• Strong local market knowledge

• DSA / Builder network preferred
