Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.
Job Title: Deputy Manager - Operations ( Travel)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule
Note: Candidate should have 2-3 Years of leadership experience.
Required
CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
MUST HAVE RECENT/CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL ACCOUNT
IATA/ UFTAA Level -1 certified. (Preferred)
Must have GDS skill on one and more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo)
Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds.
Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies.
Proficient in speaking in English
Excellent Communication Skills
Microsoft Office skills high
Knowledgeable in Quality tools
