Deputy Manager-Operations

Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.

Job Title: Deputy Manager - Operations ( Travel)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule
Note: Candidate should have 2-3 Years of leadership experience.
Required

• CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• MUST HAVE RECENT/CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL ACCOUNT
• IATA/ UFTAA Level -1 certified. (Preferred)
• Must have GDS skill on one and more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo)
• Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds.
• Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies.
• Proficient in speaking in English
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office skills high
• Knowledgeable in Quality tools
