Responsibilities

• Voice based customer service for US based mortgage customers with upselling
• DM would be responsible for handling Agent’s overall employment and process concerns under billing, payments, escrows and resolving customer complaints
• Work as a team player and execute work as per process SOPs, also be able to work on multiple applications in parallel
• Perform process improvement for assigned team members who may have metric challenges
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the client application due to Manager calls
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures during client reviews and TL escalation
