We are supporting a regional bank in the hire of an experienced Private Banking Operations professional to support end-to-end operational activities across a broad range of wealth management products. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational processing of investment products, including trade booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling Support the full investment lifecycle across products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits, and private equity funds Handle corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, client elections, and entitlement processing Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations, and investigate operational discrepancies Process deposits, remittances, and asset transfers Handle payment processing activities via SWIFT Alliance Generate trade advices, account statements, and operational reports Participate in system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and proce...
