Deputy Manager R&D

Overview The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in pharmaceutical formulation development, process optimization, scale-up activities, and regulatory compliance with sound understanding of PIC/S guidelines, cGMP standards, and modern pharmaceutical quality systems.
This position requires a proactive professional capable of leading development projects, coordinating cross-functional activities, and contributing towards innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end formulation and development activities for new pharmaceutical products including tablets, capsules, sachets, syrups, suspensions, creams, ointments, and other dosage forms.
Execute pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, excipient selection, and optimization trials to ensure robust and stable formulations.
