Deputy Manager – Sustainability

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Sustainability to independently manage sustainability initiatives, reporting, and compliance activities. The role requires strong coordination skills and hands-on exposure to sustainability frameworks and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of the company's Sustainability and ESG strategy.
• Lead sustainability data management, KPI tracking, and internal reporting processes.
• Support sustainability reporting aligned with IFRS S1 & S2, ESRS, GRI, CBAM, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and external consultants.
• Assist in sustainability risk assessments and internal control frameworks (e.g., RACI).
• Support management and committee-level reporting and presentations.
