Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager Technical for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, BIM integration, and execution support across large-scale construction projects.
