1)Lead and manage end-to-end fiberisation and connectivity operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. 2)Supervise operational teams, vendors, and contractors, providing direction, performance oversight, and issue resolution.

3)Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including authorities and partners, to ensure smooth deployment and compliance.

4)Monitor operational KPIs, risks, and progress, preparing management reports and recommending corrective actions to the Head of Operations.

5)Drive process improvements, cost optimisation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service readiness.
