As the Deputy Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational support to the Operations Manager (OM), ensuring the efficient, safe, and profitable delivery of all Intrepid Travel experiences and business partner programs across Peru and Bolivia.
This position plays a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, compliance, and quality assurance. You will assist in leader and guide scheduling, oversee adherence to Intrepid's global standards including safety, crisis management, and responsible travel - and ensure compliance with requirements from external partners.
