Summary/Objective
Assist and take on Plant Manager's role when Plant Manager is absent, guide the corporation in maintaining and improving its competitive position. Coordinates activities between departments to achieve require and consistent results. Position will be rotated every 2-3 years from one location to another.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
Directs the company's Operations' activities include production, quality, technical, logistic, trade compliance toward the accomplishment of corporate objectives.
Coordinate Operations' activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
