We are excited to search for a new deputy principal to join our senior leadership team at Te Kura o Te Paroa. This role requires a culturally capable leader with a deep affinity for Te Ao Māori, who embodies the values of our community and understands the importance of both academic and cultural success for our students. We need a walking deputy principal who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level reality, ensuring that our school environment reflects and honors the cultural diversity of our students.
