Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Security Manager – Unmanned Aerial system & Airspace
Sector: Oil & Gas
Location: Afungi, Mozambique
Start Date: 16/05/2026
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Work Scheme: Rotational 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Language: English (fluent)
Job dimensions
Manage Project airspace security including UAS (drone) and C-UAS systems
Plan and supervise security flight missions (surveillance, reconnaissance, assessment) with Area 4, aviation authorities and service providers
Coordinate with aviation authorities and internal teams for air security operations
Maintain continuous Airspace Situational Awareness (ASA)
Ensure compliance with Security SOPs, VPSHR and regulations
Provide daily analysis and reports on aerial, onshore and offshore activity
Supervise drone and counter-drone teams (qualification, discipline, standards)
