Responsibilities

• Review the consolidated Slope Maintenance Budget to ensure that sufficient fund is allocated for top priority locations.
• Review and monitor the budget utilization to ensure there is no cost overrun and it is within the approved budget.
• Review and monitor the list of slope defects/complaints from all stakeholders, analyse the condition and ensure the defects/complaints is managed in a timely manner whilst meeting the internal and external customers’ satisfaction.
• Evaluate and review the identified defective slope locations for repair based on defect prioritization and to ensure asset condition preservation.
• Review and monitor the work programme, method of repair (based on specification and guidelines), propose work plan as well as recommend consultancy services for slope maintenance to obtain Management’s ap...
