To support the group's growth in Africa, we are looking for a Deputy Unit Manager to work in one of our inflight subsidiaries in Africa. The goal is to have an induction plan for a few months in Europe into our 4.0 units, then take up a position of responsibility in Africa and drive the group's growth.

Assume all
the tasks related to the management of the inflight unit (monitoring of
operations, financial management, customer relations, team animation) under the
supervision of the Unit Manager.

Guarantee the level of quality of the services Newrest provides to its customers and ensure the respect of Newrest's commitments to its customers

Optimize Financial goals, with the assistance of the Unit Manager

Implement the group's strategy to achieve turnover growth in line with development of set objectives

Steer the continuous improvement process of the unit
