Derivatives Attorney

We are seeking a Derivatives Counsel to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in derivatives and OTC trading , ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating seamless transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation , shaping legal strategies and supporting global trading operations. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Master Confirmation Agreements, Term Commitment Agreements, Account Control Agreements, and other derivatives trading documents .
