What will you do?
Delivering effective and efficient technical support to a portfolio of instances
Handling user requests and issues on daily basis, provide support, suggest workarounds to end users to carry out their business workflows.
Able to articulate user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Participating in walkthroughs/demos of applications during various stages of the project or application lifecycle

3 year of experience with Salesforce development.
Have a B2 level of English, because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
