Full Stack Developer - Border Flow

The Role
We need a Product Designer who thinks in workflows, not just screens.
You'll redesign complex data‐heavy interfaces — shipment tables, compliance dashboards, document management — into experiences that are fast and intuitive for professional users.
This is not a visual polish role.
You'll own the UX end‐to‐end.
What You'll Do
Lead UX research and design for core product flows (shipment entry, document upload, compliance review)
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity designs in Figma
Work directly with engineers to ensure pixel‐accurate implementation
Define and maintain a B2B design system
Conduct user interviews with customs brokers and logistics professionals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product/UX design experience, specifically in B2B or enterprise SaaS
Strong Figma skills (not just visual — components, variables, auto‐layout)
