Design and Cost Engineer

APEC Homes is looking for DESIGN AND COST ENGINEER that will spearhead land development projects and complex structural design, ensuring technical excellence and project success. They are also expected to:

• Develop technical and detailed design plan while ensuring alignment with project goals and regulations.
• Ensure project compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and provide technical reports to management.
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least five (5) years of related working experience in land development and/or structural design and value engineering;
• Proven leadership in managing projects;
• Expertise in structural analysis and design, with strong knowledge of relevant codes;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills;
