Design and Engineering Analyst

We are currently looking for a Design and Engineering Analyst

• Assist management and design coordination in the integration tasks of real estate executive projects.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Coordinate design deliveries and other disciplines, verifying compliance with the client’s requirements for the Project.
• Review and validate consultant deliverables during the design stage.
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up during the CA process of consultant responses to design submittals.
• Assist in the coordination of the necessary licensing project for delivery to the management area.
• Assist in the preparation of design meeting minutes and all necessary reports.
• Preparation and delivery for construction of transmittals with sufficient information needed by design stage.
