Position

The Design & Planning Manager is responsible for the project management, facilities management, and design implementation of the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments. He/she will also lead the Mall Planning Department.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. Architecture or B.S. Civil Engineering with Professional License.
• Candidate must have extensive background on technical planning and project management in a real estate setting.
• Candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Cebu.
