As a Design and Planning Officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to design standards within the mall. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying architectural plans submitted by tenants, overseeing daily construction activities, and collaborating closely with the Mall Architect to implement and maintain the mall's design standards. Your tasks include creating, examining, and updating design and working drawings essential for various projects within the mall, contributing significantly to the seamless execution of architectural initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s/College degree in Architecture.
• Must be a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
• At least 1 year experience preferred.
