Design and Project Architect

What you'll be doing:

• Design boutique store layouts that reflect the brand's identity and enhance customer experience,
• Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for approval and construction.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across multiple store locations.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Source sustainable or innovative materials when applicable.
• Optimize store layout for foot traffic, product visibility, and shopper comfort.
• Prepare construction documents and permit applications.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Required
• Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design – Optional but advantageous
• Proficiency in design software such as: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D rende...
