Design Architect

What we're looking for:

• BS Architecture (PRC Licensed is preferred)
• With experience in design + construction coordination (fit-out/building/warehouse is a plus)
• Can produce plans, details, and specifications (SD/DD/FCD)
• Can prepare/review shop drawings and coordinate RFIs/RFAs with site team
  • Knowledge in quantity take-off and basic cost checking is an advantage
• Can do site visits, punchlisting, and as-built updates when needed
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit
• Good communication, organized, and detail-oriented
