Job Description

                    The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail -oriented Design Architect to oversee the design development, coordination, and continuous refinement of architectural projects from concept through detailed design. The ideal candidate will ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with project requirements, while supporting evolving project needs as the firm grows.

Tastefully design / draft plans for within budgetary framework
Conduct space planning, block planning, and adjacencies
Develop designs through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats
Utilise BIM technologies in the development of three -dimensional models of buildings and their components
Interpret and apply building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies
