Design Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to be part of Home Creative Lab, the retail arm of Niro Ceramic Group. You will work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and help them visualize their spaces using our 3D design software.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, space requirements and design needs
• Produce customized design proposals using our latest 3D design software
• Present design concepts, product recommendations and quotations to customers
• Provide consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
• Build connections with interior designers, architects and contractors to support sales opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art & Design or related fields is an advantage (not compulsory)
