What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Design Director to help shape the long-term player experience for an upcoming AAA, cross-platform competitive title, with a focus on Live Service and Meta systems.

This role requires a blend of high-level vision and hands‑on design craft, driving both the what and the how of the game’s overall player experience. While a core focus will be on Live Service and Meta, this role may contribute more broadly to the game’s design direction as needs evolve.

You will partner closely with Product, Production, Creative, and cross‑disciplinary teams to define and execute on an ambitious, evolving player experience. You will contribute directly to feature vision, design documentation, event frameworks, and seasonal content themes, while guiding teams to deliver high‑quality experiences for players.
