Salary Range/ Wage Rate: PG T23 $3,164.63 - $3,734.48 bi-weekly

Our Water Services Department is seeking a Design Draftsperson I who will work with our engineering and CAD/ BIM teams to prepare, design and deliver engineering drawings related to Metro Vancouver’s facilities including water, liquid waste and other civil linear infrastructure works. Your drafting and design assignments may range from preliminary design up to records drawings, as well as operations and maintenance support drawings.

You are a technically intermediate CAD professional with wide ranging civil infrastructure design experience, including working experience in preparing civil utilities and/or linear infrastructure drawings of moderate complexity, writing and interpreting field notes, make technical computations and check the drafting works of one or more subordinates.
