Design Engineer, Canada

Role Overview

We are looking for a Design & Build Engineer who can tackle challenging design problems, expand our in‑house design system, and consult on bespoke work.

Responsibilities

• Redesign mobile web applications by engaging with frequent users, wireframing new flows, and implementing them using our design system.
• Build flexible, composable components for our design system, enabling custom autocompletes that include filters and options to create new records.
• Collaborate with other engineers to improve design information hierarchy and scannability for candidate assessments, helping recruiters quickly parse information and identify anomalies.
