• Perform detailed design analysis and calculations in line with project specifications.
• Follow established design guidelines, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Estimate construction costs and material requirements based on detailed designs
• Utilize the latest software and technologies to create efficient and innovative designs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to senior design team members as needed.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design for Low, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings in healthcare, residential, offices, hospitality, entertainment. from Pre-concept design to IFC stage.
